After they checked my appliance manual they told me it was under warranty. Our LG combo washer/dryer was having a lot of issues (ie. OE errors, wouldn’t drain, etc) I submitted a contact us form on their website on Sunday afternoon and was contacted within in 15 minutes of submission. I was pleasantly surprised that they got back to me so fast. The technician came out within a day to take a look (Lakeview, Chicago area). He was prompt with the appointment time and efficient while assessing our machine. After inspecting the machine, he narrowed down the issue to our motor which had seen better days. He came prepared with a replacement motor and after getting my approval of the estimate (labor + parts), proceeded to fix the washer/dryer. I was happy that he stayed and did a couple test runs to make sure nothing else was wrong or needed to be replaced. My washer/dryer works like new now!
